Refund policy

  1. 除品質問題外,本公司所有貨品於下單及付款後均不設退換。
  2. 基於衛生理由,顧客請於收件後24小時內通知本公司,否則本公司不會接受任何賠償或換退貨的要求。
  3. 如因品質問題需要退款,本店會優先以商店購物金作即時處理。
  4. 如顧客希望以現金退款,則需時7-14個工作天處理,望請見諒。
