要加多少水？

可依喜好自行添加水量！

水量較少：如即食純米糊包裝建議1g：3-4cc 會像糊粥類口感

水量較多：1g : 5cc以上則會像米漿口感

即食純米糊是多少白飯的碳水呢？

即食純米糊一湯匙10g 碳水為8g左右

一般正常碗熟白飯100g為40g碳水

即食純米糊3湯匙為24g碳水 約略是半碗飯
